Materials methods: Three electronic databases manual search approaches were used identify relevant articles on changes. Only studies with randomized controlled study design included. Primary outcome defined as status recovery relief pain states under various therapies. Two independent reviewers evaluated data. Results: A total eight from 2891 records identified met inclusion criteria. Therapy options patients surgery low-level laser (LLL), stellate ganglion block (SGB), medication, removal implants. Six dealt LLL, providing significant improvement in mechanical sensation. one revealed whole neurosensory profile including neuropathic states. All included RCT presented at least bias, considerable heterogeneity revealed. Conclusions: Reduced thermal sensation may be due irritation small fibers. LLL might help improve nerve recovery.
